A good initiative (Connected with Cooks & Private Drivers)
As shared in my friends WhatsApp group - Wish to share that a web portal by the name Helper’s near me is a good initiative by few individuals to provide domestic help, drivers etc through their vast database including the contacts available with them from the vicinity you reside in. I have recently hired a domestic cook from them as the earlier one had to leave for her village. This organisation is based on a model where in they charge you a very nominal fee to provide the contacts of 10 people in the category of help you specifically need. They are in fact through their model trying to help these people get jobs as they don’t take anything from these helpers once they get employment. The responsibility of getting the police verification of these helpers is also been duly undertaken by the organisation.

Don't charge us before
I think the making of the app is brilliant. Thank you for this beautiful design. But you're losing big on your USP if you're gonna charge us before we hire or at least meet the people we'd like to hire. :)

Couldnt find anything
Couldnt find anything and if you have to charge money only than you should once the person is hired, how can you just ask before that.. Anyways, there was not a single category out of the 20 i tried for getting my work done

Though I could not find a maid as per my specification, the help provided by the Customer Care Department was exceptional. They were extremely patient and went out of their way to help me. In the end, they were kind enough to even issue me a refund. The way they handled the entire matter is commendable and when one deals with people like them, the service becomes par excellent. Kudos to the entire team!
